What should I bring to my fitting? Although it is not necessary, we suggest wearing your favorite fitting garments to your appointment. This can help us better understand the fit and style you prefer
Can I just stop by? No need. I will meet you wherever is easiest for you. At the convenience of your office or the comforts of your home. You name the time and day, and we"ll travel to wherever you would like to meet.
Can I have my garment shipped directly to me? We want to make sure your garments fit you perfectly. For first time customers, it is essential that we arrange a second fitting to help guarantee a perfect fit. Repeat customers have the option to have their garment directly shipped to them.
What if my garments need alterations? We take care of all alterations at no additional cost for up to thirty (30) days after you receive your order.
What is your return or exchange policy? We stand behind every piece of clothing we make with a complete satisfaction guarantee. During the initial thirty (30) days of receipt, we will re-alter your garments at no charge in order to ensure your satisfaction. We only issue full-refunds on orders that have not yet been cut by our tailors. And, if we ever make a mistake with your order, we will replace your garment at our cost.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards, gift cards, and cash.
Do you offer "full-canvas" suits? Of course. Our standard construction is half canvas with full canvas lapels. You may opt for full canvas at an additional charge.
How are your garments constructed? Every pattern is digitally cut for each client – no template pattern is ever used. This allows us to fully customize your fit, your style, and your design.
